What We Can Pick Up
Customer orders must be fully paid before pickup. Depending on the merchant or pickup location, the customer may also need to provide an order number, pickup name, PIN, barcode, QR code or other release information before a driver can be released for pickup.
Prepaid Retail Orders
Eligible fully paid orders that the merchant allows a designated third party to pick up.
Auto Parts
Prepaid parts and approved business or personal orders ready for third-party pickup.
Business Supplies & Packages
Approved local packages, office supplies and business materials that fit within service requirements.
Eligible Pharmacy Pickup
Approved pharmacy pickup may require patient information and designated-agent authorization. Controlled substances are not accepted.
Pickup Authorization Matters
Some merchants have their own third-party pickup rules. Customers are responsible for ensuring the order is fully paid and that the merchant will release it to the assigned I’ll Go 4 It driver. Required release information should be provided before the driver is sent to the pickup location.
